Colonial Ave., Orlando FL 32801 Time: Networking & Luncheon - 11:30 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. Cost: Members - $30; Non-Members $35 Andy Moses joined the company in September 2003 as a Senior Vice President and Senior Director of the Orlando regional office when NorthMarq Capital, Inc. acquired the mortgage banking division of Legg Mason Real Estate Services (LMRES) where he had been employed since 1987. He has extensive expertise in the hospitality industry and has arranged in excess of $1.5 billion of geographically diverse construction and permanent hospitality financings. These financings have included both individual transactions and nationwide portfolios for institutional investors. Mr. Moses has also successfully originated a broad spectrum of complex financings secured by retail, manufactured housing communities, multi-family and industrial properties.
Prior to joining LMRES, Mr. Moses worked as a real estate financial consultant for 10 years advising major financial institutions on troubled real estate transactions and was actively involved in the assemblage, permitting and infrastructure planning of a 2,000+ acre planned unit development in Orlando. He is a graduate of both the University of Alabama School of Commerce and Business Administration (Bachelor of Science - Accounting) and of the Emory University School of Law (Doctorate of Jurisprudence). His early work experience as a Certified Public Accountant included 3 years on the audit staff of Arthur Young & Company and 3 years in the tax department of Price Waterhouse & Company.
