 March Wine Tasting

The location for the March Wine Tasting at Tim’s Wine Market onOrange Avenue, across fromLakeIvanhoe, created an ideal ambiance for our afternoon gathering. The social was a great opportunity for our local members to interact with the IREM students attending the RES 201 course. Attendees were also introduced to IREM’s latest Featured Friend, Bill Collester of Land Scapes. Tim’s Wine Market did an excellent job of selecting a unique array of wines and cheeses for the tasting. Overall, the experience was great!

Steve from Tim’s Wine Market explained to us about the different wines.

Bill Collester, Land Scapes – Our newest Featured Friend told us about his company and its services.

 Evaluating the ethics toolbox…

IREM combines both the CPM and ARM code of ethics and holds all of its members to same ethical standards.
“As an organization committed to high ethical standards, it only makes sense to combine the CPM and ARM codes and hold our members to the same ethical standards,” said Chapter 60 president Ann Reisch, CPM.
“Clients and employees expect IREM members to act in an ethical manner regardless of their credentials,” Zucker-Maltese said. “One code of ethics will make the concept more clear for members to understand and for the ethics boards to consistently and fairly enforce.”

To read the entire article on the development of a single code, turn to the Journal of Property Management March/April edition. Link
